Adam Grundy BSc MRICS is the Managing Director of EPC (Midlands) Limited and is based in Nottingham. Adam has a degree in Estate Management and has been a Member of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 1989.

EPC (Midlands) Limited is registered and regulated under the RICS “rules for firms”. Within the EPC field we think that this is unique.

EPC (Midlands) Limited has a team of qualified and accredited surveyors designated solely for the provision of Commercial EPC’s.

Adam Grundy is also the Managing Director of Asbestos Management Surveys Limited which specializes in the provision of Asbestos Surveys and Fire Risk Assessment Surveys and Absolute Asbestos UK Limited which is an HSE Licensed asbestos removal contractor.
